The USO is the trusted source for comfort, care, and connection among service members and their families.

In 2016, the USO celebrated its 75th-anniversary celebration with a “Campaign to Connect,” in which more than 1 million Americans shared messages of gratitude and encouragement for service members.

To build on the initial campaign’s momentum, the USO set up a new campaign: Force Behind the Forces.

We were selected to serve as the USO’s brand development and brand activation agency of record to help drive engagement, increase awareness, and inspire confidence in the USO and its mission.

We developed and executed an integrated communication and marketing strategy and defined key elements of the USO’s story for advertising, online multimedia content, and marketing and communications collateral.

In one year, our campaign efforts helped the USO achieve:

●      15% increase in traffic to USO.org

●      3.5 million social media engagements

More than 2 million messages of support for service members
